I love reading the Tarot. I love the opportunities it has granted me. I love the insight I receive as a result of it. The thing is, the Tarot is not what I thought it was when I first started out and it continues to evolve for me.
The Tarot is not just a Divination tool. I would even argue the Divination part. The Tarot is more a self-awareness tool. It highlights patterns and the symbols that mark the significant parts of our lives. The thing about patterns is that once you have identified it, you can predict the outcome unless that outcome is something you wish to change.
The Tarot points back to you. It holds you accountable for the things that you are choosing or lack thereof which is a choice unto itself. It does show that which we cannot control, the energies swirling around us our shared governance with the Universe.
A good open reading is when you are willing to be vulnerable, when you’re willing to ask the questions that scare you and that touch the more tender parts of your heart. Make no mistake, having a tarot reading is one of the most intimate experiences you can have. It really highlights how much God pays attention, how much support you have and how gloriously human you are. It’s also why it’s so important to choose an ethical, honest and open Tarot Reader. You are entering into an energy exchange that leaves you open, and you want someone that treats your energy and the energy that is exchanged with love, respect and integrity.
You don’t need to be a tarot reader for others to benefit from the wisdom of the Tarot. Which a handy deck and an open mind. If you’re willing and wanting to learn more about yourself, the Tarot will provide insight and more. I will say though that if you’re getting ready to embark on this journey, be prepared to have your butt kicked. Getting called out is a regular thing for me which is good because this ego, well, let’s just say thank God for accountability.
I am available for readings for anyone that wishes to experience the magic of the tarot firsthand. I am working on creating a program for beginners for anyone who is the least bit curious about the Tarot but does not know where to begin.
